Data mining techniques on astronomical spectra data – I. Clustering analysis

چکیده
Clustering is an effective tool for astronomical spectral analysis, to mine clustering patterns among data. With the implementation of large sky surveys, many methods have been applied tackle spectroscopic and photometric data effectively automatically. Meanwhile, performance under different characteristics varies greatly. aim summarizing algorithms laying foundation further research, this work gives a review spectra in three parts. First, are investigated analysed theoretically, looking at algorithmic ideas, applications, features. Secondly, experiments carried out on unified datasets constructed using criteria (spectra type, quality, volume) compare typical algorithms; selected from Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fibre Spectroscopic Telescope (LAMOST) survey Sloan Digital Survey (SDSS). Finally, source codes comparison manuals usage improvement provided GitHub.
